TIMPERLEY ROOF REPAIRS

Construction of a replacement slate roof on a house in Hale, West Manchester. New vapour permeable sarking membrane is fixed and then treated timber battens naliled in position. Slates are nailed to the battens, lead flashings added to the chimney and valleys and finally a mechaniically fixed ridge tile system is secured in position.
